Self Challenge

I have several magazines that I read monthly. Some I subscribe to and others I pick up at the store when I see something that interests me.

I love Self, Health, Fitness, Shape for exercise, health and fitness tips and info, Vegetarian Times and Veg News for great recipes and products to try.

I have seen the Self Challenge several times, but I haven't ever participated. The great people at Self magazine recently contacted me about their Challenge and I wanted to pass along the info to you in case you wanted to participate!
