Ho Ala ke kino

Good Morning! I started off my morning with Ho ala ke kino with Tony Horton. I love this workout. It is a great way to start the day. You start off with some gentle stretching, move into a warm-up with some ab moves, squats and punches, squats and kicks and lunges and then into power yoga and end with some more stretching. I always feel so much better after I do this workout. Tony really takes the time to explain the moves and correct postures. It's easy to follow along. The power yoga moves fast, but it gets your heart rate up and the sweat going.

I'm starting Kathy Smith's Project You tonight. I have the older version, the new one is Project You Type 2. This is an amazing program for people with diabetes. I'll post all about it tonight after I get started on it. If you know anyone with diabetes or if it runs in your family, this is a great program for you.
