I am going to get back to my journaling. I like to list my food intake, water intake, to-do list, gratitude statement and anything else that I feel like writing down for the day. I got out of that habit last year after the tornado and I am going to get back into that habit! I just do better when I keep it all down. Plus, writing down what you are grateful for each and every day just makes me happy!
I saw a show today when I was flipping through the channels called 10 Things that Make Me Happy. I decided that I needed to keep that in mind every day!
So here goes:
1. My family!
2. Traveling - Brian and I try to travel as much as possible! We haven't been able to go as much as we would like this year, but we are planning some fun trips soon!
9. My kindle - I LOVE to read and always have a book going. My only problem with it is that I have such a hard time deciding which book to read, so I am reading through the alphabet. I picked one book per letter of the alphabet and am reading them in order. It's a fun way to choose what to read. I'm up to "I". Currently reading - Irreparable Harm by Melissa F. Miller. OH, if you have a kindle or the kindle app, you certainly need to know about Pixel of Ink. Check them out online or on facebook!
Wow, that went by fast, I could keep going. I feel very blessed!
