Too Many Things to Do!

I really need to get a lot accomplished today - I'm going to Eat That Frog! (This is a time management book by Brian Tracy- highly recommend it!)

My list today looks like this:

1) Take down Christmas tree and all other Christmas decorations

2) 30 min speed cleaning
3) laundry

4) yoga and treadmill time

5) make brown rice
6) clean out fridge

7) check out some new tunes from itunes (need to get some good music on the pod)

8) make my manifestation/vision board for 2010

I think that is all. I'm sure I am forgetting something LOL!
Anyway, I will look at my list, decide which one is the worst and that is the first one I'm going to do. Eat the Frog.....
I am looking forward to yoga today. I am going to try my Toe Sox ( review tomorrow!!!!) I got Trudie Styler's Warrior Yoga for Christmas and it will be my first time to do it! Yay!!
Do you make to-do lists? I really find that it helps to keep me on track if I have a list I can refer to throughout the day. Chalene Johnson, creator of Turbo Jam and ChaLEAN Extreme recommends keeping your list on your phone. This way it is always with you.

What are your tips for staying on track to get things done?

  3. I used to make fun of my mom for making lists, now I live by them. I have a beloved Franklin Covey planner and I use it to keep track of EVERYTHING.

  4. I love lists! My recommendation is to only write down REALISTIC objectives; otherwise, it is too overwhelming and you are set up for failure.

    I have multiple lists:
    home
    blog
    family/friends

I constantly reprioritize as things newly develop.

Thanks for your nice comment on my blog!
