It's Tuesday again and this week's Fit Club will be at my house again. Next week we are back at the Community Center - YAY!!
FIT CLUB WORKOUT:
One on One MC2 Yoga! I love the One on One Workouts with Tony Horton and yoga is also one of my favorites. Another thing I really like about these workouts is that you can pick and choose which ones you want. Get them all or just get the ones you want.
Anyone who subscribes to the P90X ONE on ONE series (it's our only Home Direct workout program!) between December 2nd and January 2nd will receive their first DVD for just $0.01.*
About the December Workout
"Even Tony was scared of this lineup. Get ready for moves that are just plain cruel like jack-in-the-box knee tucks. Or Think Drills that'll make you think twice about your coordination. This is plyo to the Nth degree. Let the sweating begin."
"Feed on a steady diet of plyo for an hour with (thankfully) a few iso moves thrown in for dessert. You'll be spinning, jumping, squatting, lunging, frog hopping and more. Work on your balance, vertical jump and just plain staying alive."
*Since this is a subscription, you'll be charged the full amount every month thereafter. You can cancel anytime to avoid future charges.
FIT CLUB RECIPE:
Quinoa-Cranberry-Banana Cereal
Hot cereal is always a great choice on these cold mornings!
cook your quinoa ahead of time (I use a rice cooker). 1 cup quinoa to 2 cups water. either boil or use the rice cooker.
1 cup cooked quinoa
2-3 tbsp dried cranberries
1 banana sliced
dash of almond milk
dash of cinnamon
drizzle with agave nectar or 100% pure maple syrup
If you use the rice cooker, put it on before you go to bed. The warming cycle on the cooker will keep it warm overnight and be ready for you when you get up!
