Yoga Paws

I love yoga. It really calms and centers me. I haven't been doing a lot of yoga lately and I miss it!

I have had the good fortune of coming across Yoga Paws. I like my yoga to be sweaty. I want to know that I have done my downward dogs. But, sweaty yoga means slippery hands and feet. Yoga Paws stops those slipping dogs.

These are really great! They are not bulky and hard to use. These are so good to take with you when you travel and you won't have to take a mat if you don't want. They work great on carpet.

Yoga Paws are made from eco-friendly yoga mat material. They also contain an absorbent cloth lining and provide support within the "paws" and provide a hygenic value by absorbing dirt, oils and perspiration.

Yoga Paws are easy to cary for., hand wash inside-out using cool water and gentle soap. Air dry. Don't use them in the washing machine or dryer though.

Wherever life takes you, take your practice with you! No more excuses for not working out.

My favorite yoga is Tony Horton's One on One Fountain of Youth. Yoga Paws are a great addition to this workout!

  1. The hand on looks ok, but the foot one I'm not so sure about. The ball of my foot is what usually slides and not sure it those would help. Let me know how they work.

  6. Hi. Glad I found another fitness blog.

I tried yoga because I like the concept of centering and relaxation but I like workouts that are fast paced. I can't stay still long enough for yoga. But I like the gloves.

    Happy SITS Saturday Sharefest
