Foam rollers

Here is a quick video on using a foam roller to help with muscle soreness.  I started Insanity on Monday and have been so sore ( mostly my calves!).  This is one way to relieve the pain!



Discussion:  Any good tips for relieving muscle soreness?  Do you get sore when you start a new fitness program?
