Toesox
I have really been trying to incorporate more yoga into my exercise routine. I love the way I feel when I do yoga regularly, not to mention the fact that I am more flexible and that is always a good thing.I chose the solid colors, but the stripes look so fun!
ToeSox can be thrown in the washer in cold water, be sure to turn them inside out to protect the gripping dots! Best to hang dry. If you order a pair, be sure to check out the sizing chart and order accordingly. Don't order up a size, you want the sox to fit like a glove and perform properly.
If you are looking for a great way to make your yoga workouts (or other workouts) more comfortable and better, then you must check out ToeSox! Follow ToeSox on Twitter and Facebook!
Brian got me the Trudie Styler Warrior Yoga for Christmas and I tried it yesterday with the ToeSox! I liked it, it wasn't as "sweaty" as I would've liked, but I think it will find its way into my yoga routine. I still like my Tony Horton's One on One Fountain of Youth Yoga best! I used to do Bikram Yoga and I LOVED it! Talk about sweaty yoga, but then the instructor left town and no more classes. Bummer!

Happy New Year

Today I am starting the PCRM 21 Day Vegan Kickstart! 21 days of vegan eating. I am also including 21 days of exercise with no rest. If anyone wants to join me, just let me know. I'll send you the info! It is going to be a good way to start the year!
I've seen a lot of people post about their 10 in '10, so I think I'll join in!
This year I hope to accomplish the following:
1) eating healthy and exercise
2) Get organized and be more efficient
3) be a kinder person: love more, laugh more and enjoy life
4) Travel with Brian as much as possible
5) Spread the word about health and fitness
6) donate my time/money more
7) Pray more
8) Get the RV
9) run a 5K marathon
10) start learning a new language, preferably Italian since I want to visit Italy soon!
These are in no particular order, just what I came up with off the top of my head.
I have one very large goal that I consider un-attainable. I'm not going to share it here with you all just yet.
What are your goals for 2010?
